About Dana:
I love my journey of practicing law. What makes it special is the long term working relationship I build with each client. I don’t overload my work responsibilities -  because the quality of my legal advice and services matters to me and to my clients. 

When you choose my services, you will receive my full attention. Your and your clients are my priorities. I will take on new requests ONLY when I have sufficient availability to provide high quality services.

I focus my practice on commercial transactions, corporate law, and general business related topics. My days are often filled with drafting contracts , reviewing and revising contracts, as well as performing legal research for litigation purposes or for legal opinions. 

When I’m not hustling around the computer, I enjoy cooking up a fancy dinner for the family! Yummy!
