Darlene was admitted to the Law Society of Ontario in 2011. Darlene is a dual licensee, holding a licence as a Registered Canadian Immigration Consultant.  Darlene also holds a certificate in Provincial Offences from Osgoode Hall. 

Darlene is the principal paralegal at her own paralegal firm in addition to her freelance practice. Her practice is focused on civil litigation cases including cases arising from employment, contract disputes and personal injury matters as well as immigration matters. 

Darlene frequently appears before the Small Claims Court division of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, social justice tribunals and many other tribunals. Darlene’s advocacy has resulted in a number of reported judicial and arbitral decisions.
