Corporate Commercial Law

Janny assists lawyers and law firms with: 

• incorporation, amendments and amalgamations (Ontario and federal corporations),
• asset/share purchase and sale transactions and closings, including drafting resolutions, agreements, and other ancillary documents,
• minute book and corporate records reviews, recommending a course of action to rectify deficiencies and drafting necessary documentation,
• and review and drafting of commercial agreements.

​Experience

Janny graduated from the University of Toronto (psychology), University of Ottawa (law) and University of Hong Kong (education). She enjoys working with other lawyers, clients and agents. Her work includes assisting senior lawyers in mergers and acquisitions. In addition, she provides corporate legal services, including corporate organization and maintenance.

​Janny is detail-oriented and is eager to embrace new challenges. She can read in Chinese (professional working proficiency). During her spare time, she enjoys learning new languages and cultures.
