Krista is certified as a Construction Law Specialist by the Law Society of Ontario and has completed the Adjudicator course under Ontario’s Construction Act. She has extensive construction litigation and arbitration experience at all levels of the construction pyramid. Krista has experience in negotiating and drafting contracts and regularly advises construction companies on corporate and general counsel matters. She holds a Master of Laws in Business Law and a Certificate of Construction Law. Krista speaks French and has appeared as counsel in bilingual hearings. Krista independently practises through McKenzie Professional Corporation.
