Lessa's Experience:

Lessa has over 10 years of experience at a large Canadian law firm, first practicing commercial litigation and then specializing in legal research and writing. She has appeared at all levels of court in Ontario, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada, and has acted as first or second chair in five trials. Lessa is quick to grasp the details and nuances of legal issues while keeping the big picture in mind.

Lessa specializes in research and written advocacy, having drafted and edited/revised countless memos, pleadings, motion materials and factums. Her litigation background allows her to assist with any element of a case, up to and including preparing for trial, drafting closing arguments, and leave motions and appeals.
