Experience:

Linda has over ten years of experience in civil litigation, specifically in personal injury (accident benefits and tort), and comes with extensive knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule.  Having worked in several small/medium size private law firms and three large in-house legal departments in Toronto, Linda has developed a passion for her work by ensuring to always put her best foot forward and complete assignments within tight deadlines while building respectful and professional relationships with her principals and colleagues.

Linda is an active member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario in good standing and attends seminars regularly to further develop in her legal career.  Linda graduated from George Brown College in 2010 with an advanced diploma in Business Administration/Marketing.  Linda is currently completing her bachelor degree at York University in the Human Rights and Equity Studies program.

In her free time, Linda volunteers in the community and is a member of the Amnesty International Canada, a non-governmental organization focused on human rights.
