Experience:

Manjit’s practice focuses primarily on commercial, civil and estate litigation, both international and domestic, and immigration.  During his decades plus years of practice, including over nine years at a litigation boutique firm in downtown Toronto, Manjit has managed all aspects of litigation files from initial client intake to legal research to document drafting all the way to trial.

Manjit has appeared on behalf of clients at the Small Claims Court (Ontario), Superior Court of Justice (Ontario), Court of Appeal (Ontario) and the Federal Court of Canada. He has won trials at both the Small Claims Court (Ontario) and Superior Court of Justice (Ontario), has won appeals at both the Court of Appeal (Ontario) and the Federal Court of Canada, and has consulted on matters before the Supreme Court of Canada.

Manjit received his Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in Toronto with a Conferred Specialization in International, Comparative and Transnational Law. He is called to both the Ontario bar in Canada and the California bar in the United States. bringing a fresh perspective to the file.
