​Mia's Experience:
Mia has over 12 years of legal experience practicing in Ontario in residential and commercial real estate, corporate law and business law matters. Prior to being called to the Bar in 2020, she worked for over a decade in various law firms, mainly one-on-one with senior partners managing real estate and corporate files from start to finish with minimal supervision. Mia worked at some of the top law firms in the GTA, including a high-profile Bay Street law firm and a firm that was named one of the ten best regional law firms in Ontario.

After her call to the Bar, she worked as an in-house counsel for a real estate developer where she practiced in areas of real estate, corporate, and municipal law. 

Mia acted for diverse clients including individual home/business assets vendors/purchasers, entrepreneurial and institutional land developers, construction companies, and commercial entities. She specialises in pre-construction sales and purchases of newly built freeholds and condominiums. She is proficient in a broad range of residential, commercial and condominium matters, including complex commercial financing transactions, and condominium development.
