Experience:

Monica is a senior family law lawyer with more than 20 years experience in dealing with contested family conflicts. She has appeared and successfully argued at all levels of Court in Alberta, taught LESA (Legal Education Society of Alberta) seminars to family law assistants and junior lawyers and graded CPLED assignments, and managed files with all types of issues during her divorce litigation career including complex financial matters and difficult child custody issues. Monica is also a Qualified Arbitrator (Q.Arb.), receiving that designation in March 2017, and has been conducting mediation and arbitration sessions as the skilled neutral since then.
