Natalie’s Experience:
I have a bachelor of science degree from Concordia University, and two law degrees from Université de Sherbrooke (Civil Law and Common Law).

I am a bilingual (English and French) lawyer with over 15 years advising and supporting leading companies across Canada, the US and internationally. I have worked in the pharmaceutical, consumer
goods, franchising and restaurant industry. My focus is in contract drafting and contract negotiation. I have supported business teams cross functionally on a variety of subjects related to commercial
transactions, licensing, intellectual property, employment, labour, marketing, sales, operations, privacy and IT. The types of agreements I often work on, are service, consultant, licensing, supply, distribution, manufacturing, development, non-disclosure and employment agreements.

In addition to the contract work, I have experience reviewing and negotiating commercial leases, drafting company policies (such as safety in the workplace, the use of legalized marijuana as well as
policies for contract lifecycle processes for more efficient contract management within organizations). Lastly, I have a great deal of experience in regulatory and compliance matters, ranging is subject from municipal business permits, construction permits, alcohol licences to Health Canada and FDA compliance.
