Ngozi's Legal Experience:
Ngozi has over a decade of legal experience practicing as a corporate and commercial lawyer. She has worked as in-house counsel to corporations in the financial services industry and she also has experience in civil and commercial litigation from articling at a boutique law firm in Calgary.

Her clients range from start-ups to multi-national corporations and she has industry knowledge in a wide variety of sectors. She easily finds creative solutions to client issues from a business perspective. 

Ngozi is also a volunteer lawyer with The Alberta Consumer Debt Negotiation Project, where she assists debtors including those in foreclosure to work out arrangements that will help deal with their debts.

Ngozi is qualified to practice in Alberta, Canada and in Nigeria.
