About

Paulina assists lawyers and law firms with:

  • trial preparation (document review, preparing witnesses and expert witnesses, examinations for discovery, and drafting examinations),
  • legal research and writing (pleadings, facts, memoranda, legal articles),
  • civil litigation matters,
  • and immigration judicial reviews.

Experience:

Paulina hails from the East Coast, and is a graduate of Dalhousie Law, and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, with a degree in business management. She thrives on getting things done, and taking on new challenges. Paulina has prepared for and acted as co-counsel in a multi-million dollar trial, argued in Divisional Court, and advocated on behalf of clients all over Ontario.

Her specialty is working with people in challenging and stressful times. Her pro bono work includes refugee work, and her litigation experience comprises both personal injury and immigration issues. When she’s not in court, or drafting strong legal arguments, you can find Paulina teaching meditation, or leading corporate wellness workshops.

Client Feedback:

“Paulina has been a pleasure to work with and I have been very satisfied with her work product.”

“We pulled Paulina into the preparation of a complex class action trial. Paulina became a valuable member of our team from the get-go. Her trial preparation experience and her infinite flexibility helped her blend seamlessly. Knowing this was our firm’s first experience with a freelance lawyer, she identified areas where she could be most helpful. She was an excellent communicator — clarifying expectations and able to work with any member of the team. She is very level-headed and able to pivot as the file requires. Her advice was valuable and on-point. I would have no hesitation recommending Paulina for any trial support role.”
