Rachel assists lawyers, law firms and in-house legal departments with:

• Drafting pleadings: memoranda, summons to witness etc.;
• Trial an Examination for Discovery preparation;
• Document review and file summary including medical chronology composition, medical summaries and briefing;
• ​Litigation support;
• General legal administrative support.

Experience: 

Rachel has several years of civil litigation experience relating to personal injury claims and accident benefits claims. After working in multiple mid to large size law firms she has gained experience with trial preparation and developed the skill set to manage tight deadlines. Rachel graduated with honours from Mohawk College in 2016 with her Paralegal diploma.

In her spare time she likes to give back to the community by engaging in volunteer work with Habitat for Humanity.
