Terrence's Legal Experience

Terrence maintains a broad civil, commercial and regulatory litigation practice. He has acted for clients in a range of matters, from simple contract disputes to large-scale commercial litigation, as well as cases involving professional liability, class actions, securities, and regulatory disputes. He has worked with a variety of clients, from individuals to small and large companies to government organizations. Terrence has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario as well as several administrative tribunals.

Before joining the Flex Legal network, Terrence graduated at the top of his law school class, clerked at the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and gained years of civil litigation experience at well-respected litigation boutiques in Toronto. He is called to the bar in Ontario and New York.
